As most of you may know, I have decided to stop teaching my adult yoga classes at the local gyms & centres. It was not an easy decision, as I still love teaching these classes. The classes have taught me, as much as the students have gained from the classes. I’ve met some amazing people through these classes over the years. So Thank You. Its funny, even though I may not know everyone’s name and family/life dramas, seeing familiar faces each week and working together in a yoga room, has felt like a second family to me.
Thank you Everyone for coming to my Adult yoga classes over the years. Both regular students & once-in-awhile drop-in-ers – I know who you are. =>
If you are free this Sunday, my Farewell Lunch is at 1pm at Bawarchi Indian Restaurant, 20 Station st, Moorabbin.
Come for a divine Southern Indian buffet lunch, or order individual dishes or pop in and say ‘hi’.
Call me on 0404 830 533 to save you a seat.
I have decided to focus on my school yoga programs (Yogafun) on a fulltime basis, to focus on delivering the best yoga programs for children in schools. Hoping to make yoga available to all children through their everyday curriculum one day. Hence most of my time is dedicated to working with schools and training/mentoring kids yoga teachers to reach this vision. If you would like Yogafun at your child’s school, feel free to email or call me to discuss the possibilities.
I will continue to write my weekly blog articles on www.conniemah.com.or www.yogafun.com.au (both
link to the same website at the moment). The weekly messages/lessons will be posted there for your reference,
whenever you need. Or feel free to drop me an email or call to whenever you need more clarity or a different
perspective to our everyday life dramas etc.
Hope to see you on Sunday, if not, please keep in touch. I’ll continue my local Kids Yoga programs & Adult
Meditation programs. I’ll email updates when available for next term.
Thank you again for coming to my yoga classes over the last five years.
It has been an amazing experience & a chapter in my life that I will always treasure.
See you on Sunday!
